CHEESE POTATO TIKKI RECIPE Presenting easy-peasy little cheesy snack recipe. I am sharing easiest two tikki recipes. One with you  schezwan sauce and other without schezwan sauce. Ingredients:  (Makes – 15 Tikkis) Potato – 4 medium Onion – 1 small Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp Red chilli powder – 1 tsp Sliced cheese – ½ cup Schezwan-  3 tbsp Corn flour – 1 Tbsp Water – ¼ cup Maida/All purpose flour – ½ cup Oil – 3 Tbsp Salt Method: SCHEZWAN CHEESE TIKKI Boil the potatoes along with salt till they are cooked well. Peel the skin and mash the potatoes Heat oil 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan and add sliced onion and sauté till onion becomes soft. Add 3-4 tbsp of Schezwzn sauce. Add mashed potatoes and mix well Mix all ingredients and make small balls, place 2 inch cheese slice in between the ball Apply little oil in your hand and make it to small balls.
