Ingredients

  1. 1-inch fresh ginger root (no need to peel it)
  2. 1 cup water (boiling)
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  4. 1 tablespoon honey (raw, unpasteurized)

Instructions

  1. Grate ginger in a pot 
  2. Pour 1 cup boiling water over the ginger and let it steep for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice into it.
  3. Take honey in a mug then strain and pour ginger lemon water into the mug.
  4. Stir to dissolve the honey, taste, and add more honey or lemon juice if you like.
  5. Serve hot.

FRIED SPINACH CHIPS RECIPE Preparation Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 30 mins Total Time: 35 mins Makes 8 servings Ingredients 25 fresh spinach (palak) leaves, washed and dried 1 cup besan (bengal gram flour) 2 tbsp rice flour 1tsp ajwain (Carom seeds) 1/2 tsp chili powder Salt to taste Oil for deep-frying For Sprinkling 1 tsp chilli powder (optional) 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder (optional) Method 1- Wash spinach leaves properly. 2- Combine the besan (bengal gram flour), chilli powder, Ajwain (carom seeds), salt and ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well.
