EASY, QUICK BREAKFAST/SNACK RECIPE (UTTAPAM)

Uttapam are like INDIAN PANCAKE, easy to make and healthy.If you are VEGAN than this recipe is for you just replace yogurt with vegan curd option and you are good to go.You can change the recipe and use you creativity just by adding the vegetables of your choice. Also, you can prepare the recipe in coconut/olive/almond/peanut oil. Here is step by step recipe through photo demonstration.

Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup Rava (semolina/sooji)
  2. 1/4 cup slightly sour Curd (yogurt)
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped Capsicum
  4. 1 large Onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 large Tomato, finely chopped
  6. 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
  7. 1 teaspoon grated Ginger
  8. 1/4 cup finely chopped Coriander Leaves
  9. 1 teaspoon Oil, + for shallow frying
  10. Salt to taste
