CORN SALAD RECIPE
INGREDIENT
thinly slice small size yellow, red and green pepper2 cup of corn
1 cup of cabbage
1 cup of carrot thinly sliced
1 and half cup of broccoli
1 cup of mushroom, optional
black pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
sea salt
red chilli flakes
black olive, optional
thyme or coriander leaf
3 tbsp olive oil
PROCEDURE
Heat a pan, add olive oil saute all the veggies till it is medium cooked. Add boiled corn. Followed by red chilli flakes, black pepper, sea salt and lime juice. Give it a good mix. Garnish it with thyme and olives. Serve and enjoy!Try and Share the experience.
