 How to celebrate mother's day during the quarantine?

Whether your mother is near/far from you or watching you from heaven, citing some beautiful and creative ideas to celebrate this mother's day. I will also share some cool hashtags and DIY projects.


She is a statue of sacrifice.

For us, Mother's Day is just a day to show our love and affection for our mother but for mothers, every day is family day. No one can reimburse eternal love, care and concern of a mother. Regardless of the fact that you can never pay back your mother, you can show your love and respect for her. So here I am presenting some creative and effective ways to celebrate this mother's day.

How to celebrate mother's day digitally/Online?


Due to the CoronaVirus crisis, many people are stuck in a different part of the globe. Whether she is near or far from you, digital expression of love is in trend nowadays. So why not celebrate it digitally! 
YOU can post your mother's photo followed by beautiful quote/MSG/caption.

1- Post your mother's photo with a lovely quote or message and post it on different social media. #Ma ("Ma" means mother in Hindi) #MeriMa
2- If you have your mother's 20s photo then upload with hashtag #mymotherin20s.
3- You can also post two photos one of her 20s and of 2020 with a beautiful quote or MSG with the hashtag. #mymotherin20sVS2020.
4- You can post your photo with her in the same or similar color outfit. #twiningwithmymother

How to celebrate mother's day at home/offline?

If you are fortunate enough to spend this day with your mother then below are some ideas for you. 

1- DIY projects such as- cards, photo frames, wall hanging, storage box or memory album are a great option to go for if you are creative. 


2- Cook something for your mother sweet or spicy, simple or fancy anything. Don't hesitate cooking just give it a try.

Sharing some simple recipes that you can try.

3-Make at home salon coupons. You can do at home facial, hair treatment/color, foot/hand/ head massage, pedicure or manicure anything. Just make coupon and give it to your mom.


4- At home movie night. Watch the movie with your mother, you can choose movies related to women empowerment or mother centered movies, trust me she will love it.


5- Family game night.

Mother is watching you from Heaven

1-If your mother is watching you from heaven then why not to dedicate this special day to your mother nation and nature to honour your mother.

You can post stuff related to your mother and Mother Nature or nation.
2-Donate food to needy mothers.
3- Donate food/clothes/anything to old age home people. There are a lot of people who live in old age and don't have their children around to take care of them. Your efforts will make you and them happy.

FRIED SPINACH CHIPS RECIPE

FRIED SPINACH CHIPS RECIPE Preparation Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 30 mins Total Time: 35 mins Makes 8 servings Ingredients 25 fresh spinach (palak) leaves, washed and dried 1 cup besan (bengal gram flour) 2 tbsp rice flour 1tsp ajwain (Carom seeds) 1/2 tsp chili powder Salt to taste Oil for deep-frying For Sprinkling 1 tsp chilli powder (optional) 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder (optional) Method 1- Wash spinach leaves properly. 2- Combine the besan (bengal gram flour), chilli powder, Ajwain (carom seeds), salt and ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aside. 3- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and when hot, coat each spinach leaf in the besan batter (prepared bengal gram flour batter). 4- Drop few coated leaves at a time into the hot oil.
