GINGER TURMERIC TEA (IMMUNITY SHOTS)

This shot will Not make you high but definitely aid in making your immunity high. I recently suffered from flu and my mommy gave me this drink which helped me a lot to restore my immunity. It has anti-inflammatory properties and helps in digestion.

During these days of quarantine it is suggested to take care of your immunity and this ginger turmeric shots will help you to do so.
Let's get started!


GINGER TURMERIC TEA (IMMUNITY SHOTS)

For 1-2 Serve
Cook time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

One cup of water 
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of finely chopped ginger
1 medium size lemon juice
(you can add lemon juice according to you taste but not less than one tbsp)
1/4 tsp  of black pepper

INSTRUCTION

Boil all ingredients together for 5 min. 
Let it sit for few minutes 
Strain and drink
